United Bicolandia Los Angeles (UBLA) is a California tax-exempt Non-profit Public Benefit Corporation.

It was founded in 1974 by a group of Bicolano immigrants. As an organization, it has cultural, religious, social, and charitable components catered to its members and to the general community.

Membership is open to all people of all races, beliefs, and political affiliations.
